So I received the product and when I out it in the litter box it did dust up like crazy for the first full box, just a warning. It did get better after I filled

So I received the product and when I out it in the litter box it did dust up like crazy for the first full box, just a warning. It did get better after I filled it again. I belive the fresh smell of the litter covered the cats bad bathroom stink of cats for about 2 weeks, maybe. Adding more litter does illuminate the need for litter deodorizer. I honestly believe this is the beat smelling litter I have had and I have had cats most of my life. The litter does make it able to scoop quick as well. Where most litters crumble this one does not. It may cost a litte more but is easier to scoop and smells better. I have 2 cats, they both seem to like and favor it more than the other litter which I had in a box that was also prepared for them. To me this makes a huge difference and I am sure to all cat parents it will to you too. They are very, very happy after they are done.

Made the mistake of buying Dr. elseys, whole house smelled like cat box within one day. but the stuff without doing any proper research on it and I can’t say that I have any complaints. We have three cats, one with IBS,three litter boxes that get scooped once a day, and the cat room definitely still smells like cat box but much much less than before, and it is only to the cat room which the air purifiers clean up most of the smell. It’s not 30 day odor control, but I do a full litter reset every two weeks and it holds out with no loss of performance in that time. We feed exclusively wet food, which means a lot of urination and this litter clumps perfectly.

My cats have been using it for a couple days, it clumps well and I haven't had issues with it sticking to the side of the box. My one cat has been choosing to spray the litter box lately, but has been going inside ever since introducing this litter. If the cats like it- I like it!

This litter comes in a convenient box with a pouring spout. It does come out pretty quick. It does a good job covering up the smell of my kitten who buries everything

This litter comes in a convenient box with a pouring spout. It does come out pretty quick. It does a good job covering up the smell of my kitten who buries everything except her poo! It doesn't emit a lot of dust when you're pouring it. And it's easy to scoop. But, the smell of this litter is not something I enjoy. It's very heavy and cloying. And while it's supposed to be febreze, I cannot pinpoint the actual fragrance. In fact, it's so off-putting that I will definitely not be buying this in the future.

Clumps tight, good odor control

I used to use another big brand cat litter. It did ok when I had one cat. Now, I have two and the other roommates have two between them. So it's a household of four cats! I think I orginally got a box of this on sale someplace. I loved it! It works great for all of the cats. It's better at clumping and controls odors considerably better. I order these packages of four small bags. Two will fill one of our huge litter boxes and one will refill after a thorough scooping (which might be a day or two past due o.o) sometimes. We have three litter boxes. We need two more but we're trying to make room for them. We use four packages of this litter at least. Should prolly use more but it is what it is. Chewy makes getting supplies like this litter super convenient. I will continue buying this litter for the foreseeable future.

The Fresh Step I received took me awhile to use, sorry for the late response. I liked it very much; it seems to stay fresh however there was some dust issues. Mainly when changing it out and refilling. I suffer from COPD and breath heavy at times. So, when the dust would spread as lite as it was, I could taste it and seem to take it in with my breath and I would start coughing. But with just scooping I was fine. Luna, my cat seems to enjoy it more than the Arm in Hammer one I was using. She is an indoor/outdoor cat. With the Arm and Hammer one she only used it to urinate in. But the Fresh Step she did both her business in. It clumps well with Urine but not so well if her poop is runny. Luna doesn't track a lot of it out of her box but if her poop is runny it kinda gets everywhere. Overall, I like the product, and I think Luna likes it as well. I prefer for her to use the litter box more, than her in my flower garden. So, thank you for introducing this product to me. I am pretty sure I will be purchasing it instead the one I was using before. I just have to remember to use a mask when changing it out so not to inhale the dust.

We have three male cats. I scoop daily, often twice. We've been a Fresh Step household for years, but the aroma of a fresh poo would linger sometimes even though our cats are very diligent in immediately covering their waste. The charcoal for odor control in this intrigued me so we gave it a try. Odor is non-existent now, even if it's been a long day and the second scoop doesn't happen. My only complaint is this formula is much dustier than other Fresh Step types. Thankfully none of our cats seem bothered by it, but certainly if you have a kitty with respiratory problems I would watch them carefully with this formulation.
