Fresh Step Extreme Febreze Freshness Scented Multi-Cat Clumping Clay Cat Litter, 22-lb box

So disappointed! I have a driveway that is the length of a football field and Chewy does not bring their deliveries up to my house. They leave these giant very heavy boxes at the bottom of the driveway. I am almost 60 years old and there is no way I can carry these boxes up to the house. I paid 2 neighborhood kids $25 each to bring them up to the house. This is sooooo unacceptable! I called customer service and they said they notated my account to bring boxes to my backdoor. The delivery person brought them up to the house ONCE and then returned to dropping the boxes off at the bottom of my driveway. Why the heck would I pay for supplies to be delivered to my home when the don't actually deliver it to my home? I have 17 cats and 2 dogs. I spend a lot of money with Chewy. But I will be cancelling my auto ships because of this and I do not intend to order from Chewy again. It's a shame because I really like Chewy but one lazy delivery driver ruined my desire to buy from them ever again. Sigh.

Crazy cat lady 20+ years. Have tried them all ! Super expensive, middle and low end. Am impressed with the newer fresh step litters and will continue to use.

I hate to write this because I had been using extreme mountain spring febreeze litter for most of my adult cat's life. I know they are only calling this a "rebranding", but there is no doubt in my mind that they changed the formula. The scent is no where near as strong as it was before and the smell of urine completely overpowers it now. I will be transitioning my cat to a new litter, most likely of a different brand because it seems Fresh Step changed many of their formulas recently.

I recently made the mistake of switching to this Fresh Step litter after using Arm & Hammer Slide for a long time, and it has been an absolute disaster in my automatic self-cleaning litter box. While the packaging makes great claims like "extreme clump," this litter uses a more primitive, traditional sodium bentonite formula that simply cannot handle the demands of automated revolving boxes. Because it lacks fast-binding structure and modern non-stick tech, it fails to cure quickly. As a result, wet waste tears apart during the cleaning cycle, leaving behind frustrating, crumbly fragments scattered all through the clean litter bed. Worse yet, it bakes sticky residue and large clumps directly onto the upper walls and liner of the globe. If you have a robotic litter box, do yourself a favor and skip this one. Stick to a specialized non-stick clumping litter like Slide, or you'll spend all your time scraping and cleaning instead of enjoying your machine.
