I have been using the drops in my dog Esme’s ears. In the beginning they were really red and smelly. I started using the drops and within a week or so we started to notice that the inflammation inside her ears had gone down, the smell was going away as well. These drops did not come with instructions on how many drops to give, or for how long which was the downside. I will just continue to use them until I see no indications that her ears are hurting or itching. If it starts again after stopping the drops, then I will change to a different kind. Hopefully they have directions on the bottle.
