Fluker's Black Soldier Fly Larvae Reptile Food, Large, 250 count

There are so many mixed reviews. So here’s my experience. These larva or tiny, I’d say average 3 to 4 mm. That is considered small, larva, not medium. There are so tiny my bearded dragon doesn’t even acknowledge them. I believe roughly 6 to 10 mm is considered medium. I didn’t count, but the container was thriving when I received it. At this point approximately 2.5 weeks later, all of them are black, in the pre-pupae stage. Because they’re not moving my bearded dragon again doesn’t acknowledge them.. I do believe the company misrepresented the size for which I paid for. Otherwise the packaging was fine. They arrived alive for the most part. I will probably use another provider going forward. You could say this was just an accident or this is poor business practice, I just don’t have the time for it.

I received the larvae and nearly every single one was in their cocoon stage- then, within a day, they were all hatched into flies! I paid for larvae and would like a refund- I cannot use them once they hatch!

This is the best feeder I found for my jumping spider. It comes while they are in the first stage of maggots then turn into a bigger maggot then turns into flies. So I get 3 months of food for her

The bugs were out of the container everywhere. The container was still sealed so not sure how this happened. I’m not sure we got all our bugs because they were escaping out of the box the mesh bag was just thrown in there. It was not the normal packaging we are used to as it was all just thrown in the box but nothing was damaged.
