Fed Ex left mine in the blazing NC summer sun. I called the company and was told that the product was still viable and to go ahead and use it, but I had my doubts. I returned it to Chewy who refunded me.

From diarrhea to good poop! But start slow

Our precious lived on the street for her first 4 months of life until she was rescued. When we adopted her, she was covered with fleas on the outside and her inside was a mess. It took us a long time to restore her digestive health, but she always has a sensitive digestive system. Last year she got torn ACL on both knees, and went through tremendous stress. She started having diarrhea. No matter what I tried, we couldn't get her guts back to health. One day it dawned on me that her gut microbiome might have been severely compromised due to the stress, and I started to look for a good probiotics. I chose this one because it also has prebiotics. When we first started with the recommended dosage, our precious had very smelly gas, and had to go out at night multiple times! So we cut down the dosage to only 1/4 strength. We started to see results. We increase the dosage very gradually. She usually will have good poop after the increase, but then will have some diarrhea again. That was my sign that she needs more. Now she is on the recommended dosage, and her poop is good, I think the best she ever! I recommend this product, but you may want to consider starting low and slow to minimize the initial uncomfortableness during the adjustment period.

My poor kitty, I’ve taken her to several veterinarians that couldn’t diagnose her terrible skin disorder. She lost fur, had terrible patches of sores all over her body that would bleed and fester. This went on her whole life. Sometimes the vet would give her a steroid shot which I hated to have to do. I’m not kidding that this probiotic powder cleared it up in about 2-3 days. Now she’s soft, no sores, her fur has grown back and she’s happy. She sleeps peacefully she’s relaxed and her entire demeanor has changed for the better. I will not stop giving her this. Thank you!

What i notice in my cats is one has less bloating, one doesn't have upset tummy or soft stool when introducing a new food, one who LOVES his dry food doesn't have hard stool, and the last one has less upset tummy from holding hairballs too long and seems to be able to flush out the toxins from allergies giving her days with less inflammation issues. All my cats do not like a full scoop of this... maybe its a texture thing? it's hard to say.. but even a consistent small amount makes a difference and i for sure can see a difference when i give them a break from it for too long.

Get it! My picky cat now loves the stuff.

My cat is a picky little guy and did initially stick his nose up at it but now he comes running at meal time specifically because of these probiotics. At least, he never came running so quickly before this was on his food. He now has so much more energy than he did before (very kitten-like all of a sudden at 7) and while his over grooming is from something else that I'm working through with him, it is helping his fur grow back from that too. If your cat is picky and won't take this, here's what I did- I give it to him on Tiki Wet Food (chicken version) with his favorite dry food sprinkled on top of that (probiotics in between the two). I also started with only 1/4 scoop for 3 days, then increased it by 1/4 at a time every 3 days until he got to a full scoop. This got him used to the taste and his body used to the new probiotics too without overwhelming either of them. Your cat may need a few extra days between increases or less of an amount at a time to get used to it. I also did all of this at the same meal time but you could try to split that 1/4 scoop between meal times too instead. Even if your cat isn't picky please do transition them onto it! It's best to introduce stuff like this slowly rather than overwhelm their body with something new, even if it is good for them. Good luck! It's absolutely worth it.

Initially I had hoped improving his diet and medicating his previously undiagnosed hyperthyroidism would help somewhat--and maybe it has--but the issue would come and go and it's such a bummer to see him struggle. I've since found this product and preferred the ingredients over some other options. We've been using it for roughly a year now (maybe more) and his condition has improved significantly! He does experience constipation once in a while, but those episodes are rare. A container lasts us about 16 weeks, and I'd rather not go without. I do recommend!

My dog has IBD and is on a strict hydrolyzed protein diet which means he can’t have any supplements with any flavorings. Have been using this for over a year now since after he had an extremely severe IBD episode that required an emergency visit where the vet said to start him on probiotics and it has been helpful in managing his IBD which is primarily vomiting but not always just that end. He never even noticed the addition of this product as far as desire to eat his food but I do mix everything together not just dump it on top. I have also used pumpkin powder with his food but that has been for far far longer than this product and before the IBD.

I was rescued from the woods as a baby and had a lot of issues. One of those issues was loose stools that I had no control over. The vet gave my mommy different medicines to try but nothing seemed to work. My mommy got the idea to try probiotics and bought this product. Slowly but surely my stool firmed up and I finally wasn't leaking all over the place lol. I started retaining nutrients and gained weight, almost a year later I'm a normal happy cat. The powder doesn't seem to have a flavor but it does thicken up the wet food it's mixed in but I will still happily eat it.
