it keeps leaking, how do I make it stop or prevent leaking?

I never had any issues with the Feliway diffusers until I started using them again this year. I have had several diffusers and they all leak. I contacted the company and they assured me it was not an issue and sent me a replacement. I STILL have issues with them leaking. I have decided to tape a small piece of foil to the bottom and that seems to help. Not sure what changed but all leak.

Does Optimum work for multiple cats ?
