This really helps calm our cat!

Niko showed up on our porch as a 4 month old feral kitten who was malnourished and sick (1.3 pounds!). We put a box out for him to sleep in and brought him inside. He very slowly warmed up to the idea of us touching him. He does not want to be held, and wants very limited amounts of petting. If anyone comes to the door, he hides until he is certain it’s only my husband and me in the house. We decided to take a trip and hired someone to feed and care for him. I read about feliway prior, and decided it was time to give it a try. We started it two weeks before vacation and had already noticed a difference in his demeanor, he was more affectionate than usual. A few days into our trip we began getting photos of Niko cozied up with his sitter and were astonished. We purchased a second diffuser for our lower level and will continue purchasing refills. This works as described and I fully recommend if you have a cat who is scared or shy.

I have 9 indoor cats. A few of them sometimes get annoyed by each other. So I have about 4 of the Feliway Optimum Enhanced Calming Pheromone diffusers throughout
I have 9 indoor cats. A few of them sometimes get annoyed by each other. So I have about 4 of the Feliway Optimum Enhanced Calming Pheromone diffusers throughout my house. I can always tell when they are empty, because there will suddenly be some altercations, chasing and “yelling” from some of them. I can confidently say that this really does help keep the peace (mostly) in my house! I have tried the multicat as well as other brands (due to price) but come back to buying the Optimum as it seems to work the best.

I have 2 Bengals that attack eachother when we sit down at the table to eat dinner. They have been fed, but once we sit for dinner, Smokey Bear feels the need to attack his brother and hurt him. ThunderStorm is also extremely sensitive to other animals being outside. We live on private property where all wildlife roam and hang out in front of our windows. ThunderStorm was causing issues by licking himself raw. We started with the original FEliway, and it worked well for both of them. I don't think Chewy has the orignial so I bought this one. I have it in our living room. At first, I had it in our bedroom, but I noticed Thunder would stay at the door and not lie in the room. I moved it to the living room. I also had issues myself with it sneezing the first few days, so I'd unplug it. But I did plug it back in, and it has been helping. I don't like to use chemicals or synthetics of any kind in my home. I'm sensitive to smells myself. But it's working and saving my poor Thunder from licking his privates to swelling and getting beaten up by his brother.

I saw this and went for the Optimum and Holy Cow!! What a difference. Hrs affectionate, calm, non-stressed and STOPPED BITING me. I have one plugged in each of 2 bedrooms, dining room and living room. We are both so happy with immediate results.

My vet recommended this and I was quite skeptical but it has made my anxious boy happy and content. He was urinating in inappropriate places and often had blood in his urine. He would stay hidden unless he wanted food. After lot's of tests, 2 extra litter boxes, gabapentin, and $80 prescription cat food, I feared he would never get relief. After a couple of weeks with the plug in, he started to venture out to get loving time. After a month his urinary issues started to subside. Now, after 3 months he comes out to see and sniff visitors, is social with the family, has no urinary problems and is drug free and eating meow mix again. It's not an immediate fix, but be patient and over time you will see marked improvement.

No kids, ppl comin n goin, no groomer, and life is insde a 2 story home, total run of the house. He's a 11lb Himalayan 2yrs, {-0} ZERO Stress! But at 3mo old he's diagnosed with a cystitis, so no grmr, so-calm RC dryfd, because he wn't let me brush his under anywher, he has to go to his dr. an b put out to brush his bklg's, under his bksde, evryplc else is fine. It's been 4mo's that I got The Feliway Optimum Enhanced Defuser's, I hav them upstrs an dwnstrs, I evn hav 1 insde my camper so it's wrkg evryplc he's at, I can see a great difference in how he acts, when we hav to "get brushed" he isn't as aggressive as he was. I Highly Recommend this to anyone with stress in ur FurBabie's life n u cn't fix it, please try Feliway Optimum Enhanced Defuser's, they really do wrk! I waited to review this, I had to use it b4 I wrote a review, it's been 3mos and super results!

I had earnestly tried the Classic version with no effect whatsoever on my super-skittish rescue cat who spent much of her life under my bed. There was no hope she would ever warm to --or even tolerate the presence of-- the rambunctious little rescue dog. On a whim I decided to try this stronger formula in the old diffuser I still had. WOW. This one worked, nearly instantly. The cat has come to tolerate the presence of the dog, even when together on top of the bed. They sniff and watch, sometimes coming close to awkward play. I still have to supervise every moment, but it gives us hope that eventually we won't have to have a dog curfew so the cat can roam the house.
Remarkably effective in decreasing aggression and anxiety.

The two adolescent brother ginger tabbies have gotten along since I got them as fosters at twelve weeks- until age one, when I started to notice the anxious one got more anxious and sometimes aggressive with the slightly smaller more affable, curious one. It was really an unbalanced relationship. They stopped sleeping side by side and avoided each other. Since installing Feliway plugins, they are calmer, sleep together, stay in the same room and come for grooming and love on their own accord. I will continue to use and replace plug ins as needed.

I have a senior and a middle aged cat. Harleigh (middle aged house hippo) started nipping at my senior, Tabitha (our house panther). Harleigh also started pulling out her own fur. I took her to the vet and she recommended I use a pheromone plug in or spray. I can honestly say, if you give it time, these truly work. I have 2 of these, each in the rooms they spend the most time in. Harleigh and Tabitha are calm, Harleigh stopped nipping at Tabithas legs and they are laying next to each other. Harleigh even started grooming Tabitha again. So... Give it time, it'll work.
