I’ve been dealing with different companies to try and find the best regular way to get my lizard roaches since I don’t have a proper reptile store near me. I had been doing to dragons diet..worst customer service ever. Asked for evidence of my multiple shipments of dead bugs and still didn’t help me replace them and my lizard went two months without bugs. THIS PLACE CHEWY IS AMAZING. I promptly got my bugs and were all alive but were not larges at all so too small for my adult beardie. They quickly replaced them when I called and now I feel like my lizard will always be taken care of. Chewy always takes care of me and my animals.

Shipping unacceptable

I ordered these and it’s winter in Minnesota. They arrived in a cardboard box. That’s it’s. No styrofoam. No heat packs. Just placed directly in a box. About 20/50

I ordered these and it’s winter in Minnesota. They arrived in a cardboard box. That’s it’s. No styrofoam. No heat packs. Just placed directly in a box. About 20/50 were dead. Water from snow had soaked through and it was wet throughout. I received the package and brought it in right away or they would have all died. It’s 9 degrees here. That’s just unprofessional and cruel.

Always alive

The care and feed obviously put into these bugs so they last forever and live a very long time while waiting to be fed are always fat and healthy

Super Satisfied

0/500 arrived dead amazing. The 500 count did come in a cloth bag and getting all them out took a min but the quality is great and they are nice and healthy.

Bugs arrived dead

The roaches didn't sit outside for very long but all 50 of my roaches arrived dead. My lizards don't eat dead bugs I don't know y they don't but they don't eat dead

Healthy all alive

I only gave a 4 rating because delivering live insects in the wintertime can cause problems. I didn’t get an exact delivery date when I ordered & was not offered

I only gave a 4 rating because delivering live insects in the wintertime can cause problems. I didn’t get an exact delivery date when I ordered & was not offered they be held at post office to pick up. In Chewy defense, when I realized I may be out of town where they did deliver, Chewy rep assured me I’d receive a refund if needed. Thankfully I was home when it was delivered.

Arrived safe and all of them are alive

The cloth bag transportation method works great! The dubia roaches are in a cloth bag, so the ventilation is good. There is also wrapping paper inside the box as

The cloth bag transportation method works great! The dubia roaches are in a cloth bag, so the ventilation is good. There is also wrapping paper inside the box as cushion and the cloth bag is soft, so I think this is the key to make them arrive safely. They were hungry when they arrived, so I placed them in my Dubia enclosure and I fed them right away. They all came out for carrot and veggies. The next day they became very energetic and good for my gecko.
