It does come in a smaller bag . Chewy is not carrying it for some reason. I purchase right from the company, it’s discounted there.

This is the ONLY urinary cat food that helps, and Smudge LOVES it! I mix it into his Fancy Feast wet food. His urinary crystals, we've discovered, are not due to a certain food, so no prescription food had worked. We have him on something for nerves, and have added this dry food to his wet. He didn't care for the N&D Urinary wet food, so we add the dry to his existing wet Fancy feast. He had been on several prescription diets, and NONE made him drink as much water as he does with this food! The plus is, he LOVES the taste! We added this big bag because it wasn't available for a little while in the 3 lbs bag. WELL worth every penny!!!!

CAUSED a urinary blockage

I have a young intact male cat, perfectly healthy (up until this happened) and with no urinary issues known to occur with any cats in his pedigree. Still, I know that intact males are most at risk for urinary blockages, so I started this diet as an attempt to be proactive about that. I had no idea that this diet would be the reason my cat would become blocked. Once I was at the very bottom of the bag, he began showing signs of a blockage (unproductive box visits that caused him to start trying to pee anywhere). Rushed him to the vet ER and sure enough, he was blocked. I had to spend a thousand dollars to treat him. He would have died otherwise. Diagnostics showed that this Farmina diet was the cause. He is now permanently on a prescription urinary diet. I am very upset with Farmina, to say the least. And I will say that now that he's been on a REAL urinary diet for a month, he has a much higher urine output and appears much calmer and happier. If you are concerned about your cat's urinary health, visit your vet and ask for an ACTUAL urinary diet. Farmina will do nothing but cause more problems and nearly kill your cat. I did not purchase this item through Chewy - I am posting this review here because Farmina has no option to post reviews directly to their website. Avoid this brand! DON'T use this diet for your cats with urinary issues!

FINALLY ON CHEWY!

I'm not sure if they've always had this on Chewy, but I'm glad I can order on here. One of my cats have had a Urinary Obstruction once and I've been feeding him

I'm not sure if they've always had this on Chewy, but I'm glad I can order on here. One of my cats have had a Urinary Obstruction once and I've been feeding him this until about a month ago when it was sold out in stores. So I bought another brand that was non-urinary and recently took him to the ER because he had another obstruction! Definitely switching him back onto this!

The best kibble you can buy that is also preventative care for urinary crystals. This company is legit and worth the cost. I have 4 cats, each with their own special needs. This formula feeds all of them, male and female, skin issues, stomach issues, urinary issues, with the safest and healthiest ingredients needed for a well rounded feline diet.

Shocked by the Results

I have been taking care of a Feral cat Colony for over 25 years now. I take in a few from time to time, the ones that want to come in. I currenty have 6 feral rescues inside, some were brought in very young, anywhere between 5 weeks old and 6 months. My youngest boy who's a Siler Point Siamese/DSH tabby, and he is only 2.5 years old and he got a blockage. Beside the fact that that bill was $4100.00, and I can't afford to pay that again, I've been on a mission to find any dry food that is Urinary tract friendly for my cats. Not a single one would touch this food. It sat in a dish for 2 days, untouched. So I take it down stairs to put out side for the feral cats and they won't even eat it. Skunks, Opossum, and the Coons are eating it slowly, takes awhile. I'm totally perplexed on the rave reviews about this food?????I was charged over $100.00 for a bag of ? And it stinks to high heaven.

I have a cat with FLUTD who will only eat kibble and is allergic to chicken. This is the only urinary formula I could find that fits his needs. So far, it seems to be working as well as the prescription diets minus the "chicken itch." I would recommend it to anyone who needs a urinary diet that is chicken free. My cat gladly eats it and our other healthy kitty is happy to sneak some of his food every now and then.

My cats were previously eating Hills Science Diet urinary, which was okay. I switched to this because of a dermatologist recommendation and the cats love it!
