One of my very finicky cats will only eat these as a treat. He is the only one that won’t eat the regular treats I give my other cats. Has this formula recently changed? It used to be more like a clear, thick texture, now it’s more creamy. And he will not touch it.

Box says "Delightful NEW TASTE" - NOT!!!

I had no idea that they had changed the formula when I ordered this. I buy it for my cat that only has 5 teeth. These are the only treats he likes that he can eat, or I should say, these WERE the only treats he likes that he can eat. I didn't spot the declaration of "Delightful NEW TASTE" when I opened the box. The first difference I noticed was that the puree was now in a foil tube which was a welcome and positive change. Then, as I squeezed it out onto a dish, I noticed the different look. Instead of being a light, semi-transparent puree with flakes of what I assume is the fish, it was just a dark paste. Initially I thought there was something wrong with it and then I looked at the box and saw the "Delightful NEW TASTE", so I continued to dish it out and offer it to my cat. He took two licks and walked away. I tried it the next day with the same response. He used to have the Vitakraft Purrsticks. After being out of stock at Chewy for ages, this product now shows as discontinued. I have tried other soft treats but the “original” Fancy Feast Savory Puree Naturals and Vitakraft Purrsticks were the only ones he liked. It’s interesting that Purina are not using “natural” in the name on the packaging of this new formula. Based on other reviews, it looks like other cats are turning their noses up at this new formula. Hopefully Purina will get the message and bring back the old formula but keep the foil tubes!

Then, my cat can only have half of it at a serving now that the package is no longer clear it is very difficult to see what he is getting. It is just so frustrating to find out about the change when I get my 15 packages. I pray he will be able to continue to have it and I will have to start cutting the packages open I guess. What a pain and again so disappointed .

My cat had eaten this product for a long time without any problems. About two weeks ago, she suddenly started having vomiting and diarrhea. I checked the food she had been eating and found several burst and leaking tubes at the bottom of one case. Those were fed shortly before her symptoms began. I am very upset and concerned about the quality control here. A situation like this could easily lead to a stressful vet or emergency visit, with significant cost and very limited treatment options beyond supportive care for acute gastrointestinal illness. Please inspect these products more carefully before shipping. If my cat develops any lasting health issues related to this, I will take further action.

This is no longer in a demi-glace. It's now a creamy texture. And they changed the ingredients. My cat used to take her pill with it, but she doesn't like the new

I bought these Fancy Feast push-ups about 2 months ago. Circe, my cat loves those things, and they have been her before-bed treat for a long time. I usually buy a bunch of different types, and she loves them all. The other night, I pulled out a new package of the Fancy Feast ones (tuna), which I had not tried yet. I opened it and offered it to her. She would not eat it. I couldn't figure it out until I smelled it. It smells like poop. Honestly, just like poop. I really couldn't believe it. I threw the whole package out, plus another unopened package. I'm glad my cat turned up her nose at it. God, know what would have happened to her if she had eaten it. You might want to check the batch and see if something was wrong.

The last shipment had new stickers on the boxes about the ‘new formula’. Our cat wants nothing to do with them. Chewy was great about the return, but we’re still so bummed this product changed :( On to find something else!
MAJORLY DISAPPOINTED
