The vast majority of ingredients used in Purina products made in the U.S. are sourced here in the U.S. Like other food companies, they do source a limited amount of ingredients from other countries. These ingredients are primarily essential nutrients, such as taurine and B vitamins that are not commonly available in the U.S. in the quantities needed and are sourced in China.

Preferred food for years

I have a 12 yo female caramel tabby, and we started feeding her FF Savory Centers wet food when she was 2yo. Over the years, we have tried different brands of food

I have a 12 yo female caramel tabby, and we started feeding her FF Savory Centers wet food when she was 2yo. Over the years, we have tried different brands of food to see if she might prefer something else, but she doesn’t eat it as well as she does with FF. And I was ordering a variety pack, but (like a cat!) she prefers one taste over another from time to time, and we feel we have less waste and fewer reorders with the single flavor 24 packs. Finally, the gravy in this FF line seems to be more gravy and less just water in the Savory Centers, and KerPlunk really likes that. Happy cat, happy home!

Finally, a Variety She Doesn't Throwup!

Fancy Feast Savory Centers Salmon and the Chicken is the only food that my cat doesn't throw up on a daily basis. I've tried everything, including prescription food prescribe by her vet, but she threw up those as well. I'm extremely glad to find something that she can tolerate. Mind you, she can't tolerate any of the other Fancy Feast varieties. Only the Savory Center. She doesn't like the Beef nor the Tuna, only the Salmon and the Chicken.

Needs Improvement

My cat dislikes the tuna but like the chicken,beef, and salmon. Part of the problems is that she likes the pate moist and the amount of gravy in each can is not

My cat dislikes the tuna but like the chicken,beef, and salmon. Part of the problems is that she likes the pate moist and the amount of gravy in each can is not consistent and in some cans the pate is very dry. A little more gravy and a consistent amount would be nice. She also likes to pick at her food and it frequently dries out before she eats lt. i usually put out 1/4 can 4 times per day with some dry food to supplement if she is hungry and has eaten the wet food which is her preference.

The texture and variety

If you are looking for something a bit different then just the pate which is what my cats eat this might work for you.. there are like four different kinds i think

If you are looking for something a bit different then just the pate which is what my cats eat this might work for you.. there are like four different kinds i think of this, the only issue is if they eat this daily their poop might get super soft and sort of hard to pick up unlike hard poop when they eat the pate.

For some unknown reason, this item isn't available anywhere, with no explanations given. It's been a month at least and I'm down to 10 cans from a prior shipment. What happened to this? Would give 5 stars but taking it down because of the availability issue.

Loved by our cats

I have two cats. Both were strays. One is still outside but we're working on her and the other is now strictly inside. The inside cat (Sheba) doesn't like anything

I have two cats. Both were strays. One is still outside but we're working on her and the other is now strictly inside. The inside cat (Sheba) doesn't like anything but the pate type food. But she love the gravy in the chunky versions. This was the best of both worlds. She just slurps it up. Our other cat (Dexter) will eat just about anything. But she (we thought she might be a he) also likes this. Which is sort of a surprise to me. The biggest problem is trying to get these during the pandemic. Fortunately, Chewy seems to have a backdoor to Fancy Feast and has been able to get supply when others can't. Thank you Chewy from our cats and us!

How to be certain she gets her dose, when her sister is food possessive? I extract the center substance from this canned food, first warming the can by sitting it in hot water. I use a syringe (without needle) to extract the center/gel material. She had enjoyed her Benefiber in Churu for a long time then started refusing it. Her sister still likes churus so she gets her Benefiber that way. Three flavors of savory centers are great for this purpose.
