Kitty Leela is picky...
That’s an understatement. The Princess MUCH prefers to sneak up and steal MY food..OR, believe or not, my tea. (Specifically my morning tea filled with “super-fruits”
That’s an understatement. The Princess MUCH prefers to sneak up and steal MY food..OR, believe or not, my tea. (Specifically my morning tea filled with “super-fruits”. She has an obsession with goji berries...she’s not normal, what can I say) I always check with one of my 2 Vet friends when I discover she’s somehow gotten onto my plate or teacup. Basically, they said if she’s eating it, stealing a taste-it’s not going to hurt her. (The Chinese hot sauce REALLY worried me...she was fine..and wanted more.) A Chinese friends showed me that a food recommended by her vet in China for her cat-contained small amounts of Goji berries..supposedly small amounts are good for kidney Qi. But, I can’t afford to give Leela the raw meat diet that she needs and deserves, and other pre-made foods, she turned up her nose..and came for MY food. This is the FIRST canned food that as an older, disabled person on a fixed budget-I feel good about giving her. AND, most importantly, she LOVES it. I DO supplement her with raw foods & treats, and allow her to enjoy her own occasional “salad”, (she’s ALWAYS LOVED greens & of course, I’ll allow her a few goji berries.). But at least I know she’s getting a balanced, overall healthy diet...with a rare treat of “special” (home made whipped cream, no sugar or vanilla-just a teaspoonful)..she’s Happy. Yes, she’s also spoiled rotten..and deserves every second! After eating, it’s time to watch music videos either on HER tablet or my phone...then nap time before loves, kisses and what we call “twinkle-toes” time..I guess it’s the energy boost from her food & power nap.

My cat likes this food. She is elderly and very picky. I've tried many foods and some of the individual meal containers (Sheba, some Fancy Feast meals) are just about impossible to open. I'll take a pull top can any day! Especially if it is food she loves.

I did try the mixed variety last month for the first time so this month we reordered. First time we got gravy slices and Pate which he surprisingly only wanted Pate. This order was all Pate hoping he will still enjoy them this time, too. I noticed even though it is a Pate they seem to be very moist with a small amount of gravy liquid around sides of food. These is great for those hard to please craving loving cats. Price is higher than some brands but he likes it. I do have to buy prescription food too, which is very expensive. So, it would be nice to have some sales on these items like fancy feast more regularly. I would recommend this product for tuff to please kitties and not so tuff. Easy to open, nice portion size and it can be refrigerated if not all used with covering. I would recommend , both variety.

I decided to start feeding a community cat that I named,”Eddie” a year ago that wasn't eating regularly. He was breaking through my back window screens and eating my own cats, catfood while I was at work. I decided to feed him Fancy Feast. He loves it! I like how excited he gets at my back door during mealtime. He loves the taste. I tried health brands and he walks away from the dish when I give him it. I tried Fancy Feast. Its affordable and healthy. I am a very happy he enjoys it.

Along with dry food given overnight, she had been eating regular canned FF during the day, but keeping her weight stable has been difficult. This new product is definitely an upgrade, and I highly recommend trying it for fussy cats.

Our cats don't tolerate grain and are incredibly finicky to boot. We were reluctant to try Fancy Feast, but after a little research and buying a few cans at our local pet store, decided to give it a try. It's pate and our 12 year old furbabies lick the bowls clean. They like the variety pack, cuz they'll boycott the same flavor 2 meals in a row. Significantly cheaper than some of the others we feed (fussie and earthborn) and until they stop eating it, this will stay in our auto-ship rotation.

I try to only give my girl good quality wet food. We had to switch brands due to unavailability and this one was recommended by Chewy. So I got this variety pack

So I got this variety pack to see what her favorite flavor would be and so far she has devoured each flavor so I have no idea. I'll probably continue getting this pack until I really notice one she prefers but I like giving her options. She hasn't had any issues and she gets one can every other day with dry food being her main source (call of the wild). Though she tries to bully me into giving her a can every day lol
