This lamp is suitable for Uromastyx's, or spiny-tailed lizards.
How long do these bulbs last? We are going through one every 6 weeks, although we have it on probably 10 hours a day.

does this provide both uva and uvb?

The Exo Terra Reptile UVB150 has a very high UVB output similar to sunlight in deserts. It does not provide UVA.
