found the phone number print on the tag was printed wrong. I received tag in July 2021. unfortunately I didn't notice the incorrect number. is there any thing you could do to help get this corrected.

Confused By Addition
I purchased this tag for my cat and it DID come engraved with the correct information on one side, however on the "blank" side, someone had taken an ink pen and
I purchased this tag for my cat and it DID come engraved with the correct information on one side, however on the "blank" side, someone had taken an ink pen and wrote his name on it. Not very neatly either, I might add. I could've written his name on it and really didn't appreciate the tacky touch of the look of it now. I put it on his collar anyway, but again, confused as to why that was done.
