My vet recommended this for my Shih Tzu for a couple reasons. First, we winter travel and will be in Alabama, Florida, Tennessee for 2 months and because heartworm is common in these states she wanted Poika protected. Also, because it's an all in one I don't have to give multiple pills. Poika has not done well with any other chewable pills, they always make him sick. He's had one dose of this, will do it the 1st of every month. So far, he did good and didn't get sick. Picture is of my Poika. (means boy in Finnish)

I have ordered medication 2x and both deliveries were left at the street by (not inside) the mailbox. After the first mis delivery I called Chewy. They amended delivery instructions to go down the driveway to see the house. They still left it at the street. Medications are far to necessary and expensive for this to keep happening. The Actual Chewy drivers who deliver cat food and litter carry it to my door. You need to get a different delivery service for your medications. I will no longer use Chewy for my pets meds.

I love the amount of things this takes care of! I think my dog would prefer a different flavor or maybe more flavor but nothing a pill pocket can't fix haha and so far it has worked great! I saw it in action where a tick thought it could hop on for a ride and the paralytic in it did its job, the tick didn't get to catch a meal and met a quick demise.

I am glad my vet recommended these. We were visiting relatives on the east coast that seem to have been Overrun with ticks. One of our older shih tzus had horrible seizures from the topical flea and tick treatment we used on her. Since then, because we live in an area with no ticks, we didn't need to use anything. I was VERY hesitant to use this on our 2 year old Shih Tzu, but with All of the ticks we saw within 24 hours of arriving on the east coast, I had to do something. Our dog tolerated his dose well and I have ordered more in case we need them.

Perfect

I live in an area where ticks are a very big problem. I was using Simperica Trio but came across this and it killed more and was cheaper. Olee has had no issues

My vet loves this

My last dog was on Simparico Trio but my vet said this was better so I switched. It seems to cover more than ST and my dog has no problem with it.

Dog shakes and acts drunk after taking .i have 2 pugs ,12 and 2 years old. Both dogs experienced the same symptoms drunk and shaky , wobbly . I think it’s too strong for my pugs . So I will go back to just heartworm and flee tick separately instead of all in one.
