Chuckit! Flying Duck Fetch Dog Toy, Multicolor, Large

My puppy had a lot of fun with this toy once we figured it out! It’s a slingshot-style launcher, which wasn’t immediately obvious, so I do think a simple diagram or quick instructions would help because it took me a second to understand how to use it. Once set up though, it was super easy. My senior dog had zero interest, but my puppy was definitely entertained chasing and retrieving it. I wouldn’t recommend this for heavy chewers since it seems better suited for interactive retriever-style play rather than chewing sessions. Overall, a fun toy for active dogs that love fetch.

At first when the new toy arrived, my dog was so excited to have something new. Unfortunately she’s almost like a spoiled child and her attention span did not last long with the toy. She carried it around for a few minutes. I threw it one time and it never came back. We went outside so I could throw it and she could go chase the new duck and bring it back. I tried this a few times but I was the one who ended up fetching. She is a warlock Doberman with very high energy. She prefers to chase sticks, tennis balls and frisbees. Things that you can throw a long distance and she can run after them, catch them and bring them back. The only toy that she shows interests is her Monkey that has thick double ropes with loops long thick double roped monkey to play tug-of-war, or shaking her head back and forth so the “monkey arms” become like a deadly weapon if you are close enough. Unless it tastes like it has come from the earth (dirt), be airborne or travel fast she is not interested in playing or chasing it.
