My 70lb AmStaff approves! I kept a close eye on the first 2 times he's had a chew and there doesn't seem to be any issues with him getting it down to bite sized

My 70lb AmStaff approves! I kept a close eye on the first 2 times he's had a chew and there doesn't seem to be any issues with him getting it down to bite sized pieces to chew and swallow - I'm always concerned about choking hazards of new products. This seems to break part easily enough. It's harder than a yak chew but not as solid as a real bone that would splinter. I did hope it might make my dog chew longer like on a real bone, but it's definitely just a good treat that takes about 1-2 minutes to finish. No noticeable after effects on the way out, either, and my dog has a pretty sensitive GI tract. I would recommend it as a treat! Just not as a "time consuming" one.

I am always looking for things that my dane can chew on that last longer and won't break the bank. These are good, but have found other items that last longer. The problem is he likes to HIDE them for later. We often find them under our pillows or in the crack of couch cushions. When will he learn that 'cousin' Koda (our daughter's dog) knows his hiding places?

This is a first for us to try the stuffed bones. And it's a winner!! Gracie's a big dog- so we tried the large size bones. She is slow to try new treats- but with the bacon smell Gracie decided to test this bone. She seemed happy to be chewing this bone. No crumbs left either. Has had a few bones now- never turns them down. Shes a heavy chewer, so Gracie finishes it in a short time. But I'm glad she is enjoying these bones and looks for another. One a day is what we give, now that we found something she really likes. Thank you True Acre for these rawhide free bones for our sweet dog . Thank you Chewy for having them available!

True Acre Foods, Large Stuffed Bone Treats, meaty middle These treats drew my dogs attention when the package arrived in the mail, before I ever opened it. The bag says for dogs 50 lbs or more. My Aussie puppy barely tips the scales at 23 lbs. The treat lasted less than 20 minutes. But the dog does seem to need to be ‘in the mood’, because other times the treat lays around for few hours and then it disappears. Pros: The dog loves them Cons: They don’t last as long as the bag seems to imply.
