A new favorite!

Gus is a picky eater but was interested as soon as I opened the bag. His eyes got wide as I handed him the first bite and he gobbled it right up! Now he asks for

Gus is a picky eater but was interested as soon as I opened the bag. His eyes got wide as I handed him the first bite and he gobbled it right up! Now he asks for these a few times a day. I tried giving him some of his freeze dried beef liver or his dried fish since we got the beef jerky but he refuses them and asks for the jerky. I never thought he could like anything more than his liver treats but this beef jerky is his new favorite! I do store it in the refrigerator to avoid it molding because of some of some other reviews stating that it molds quickly. When it arrived it appeared and smelled fresh. It actually smells a lot like human beef jerky. Gus hasn't had any digestive issues with this treat that he has experienced with so many others. I really appreciate the minimal ingredients.

I made the mistake of storing my dogs jerky treats (these) on the dame shelf as my family snack shelf in our food pantry. I reached for a jerky snack from this bag and chewed it. Other than less sodium and a bit more dry, they tasted similar to human food grade jerky treats. I was so amazed I had to double check the bag. These jerky dogs treats are amazing! My dog loves them and...well, they're not that bad. Of course Chewy's ultra fast shipping and excellent prices help too.

Dog Loves It, But Not As Much As Peanut Butter

The moment I opened the bag he immediately came over and stuck to my side wherever I went, offering me every trick he knows in hopes of getting some. I noticed though

The moment I opened the bag he immediately came over and stuck to my side wherever I went, offering me every trick he knows in hopes of getting some. I noticed though that it's more enticing for him when it's in the main bag but not when it's separated. I think maybe it was because the smell wasn't as concentrated. He's super food oriented but also super reactive to other dogs so I was hoping to find a treat he'd really like to help me counter-condition him but it still wasn't as effective as peanut butter. It's okay though, I can use it for other training. I really like that the ingredient list is short and the jerky is soft. They're easy to cut into smaller pieces.

I have been so impressed by Chewy and their products. The fast pace in which I receive them along with the price is worth not going shopping and comparing prices. Easter Grace is now excited when the Fedex truck gets here, because she literally knows it's for her. She jumps on the box and then sits back and waits for all the good stuff inside. Being on disability and having a service dog, makes me as excited as she gets. Thank You Chewy!

Smokey (our 18-pound Havanese mix) and Marley (our daughter's 60-pound Labrador mix) both love these. We love it because there are only three ingredients; they love it because it's yummy. It's great to watch them suddenly behave so well when I pick up this bag. Marley can swallow a piece quickly; I give Smokey 1/2 of a piece and it takes him a minute or so.

Grew Mold!!!

Loved the treats themselves. But after a month they grew mold!! I'm worried about how many I gave my dogs before I realized it. These were stored in a pantry, sealed

Loved the treats themselves. But after a month they grew mold!! I'm worried about how many I gave my dogs before I realized it. These were stored in a pantry, sealed the ziplock and left the moisture bag in. There were no indications on storing in a fridge or to use the product in a certain amount of time. Being that it is a treat, these do not get used quickly. And the expiration date is still a YEAR away. I will say that Chewy was great in responding to my concerns and quickly and effortlessly refunded my money.

The American Journey Beef Jerky Grain-Free Dog Treats were such a treat for both my dog and myself. My pitbull can be picky at times, however, she went wild for these mouthwatering beef jerky treats. I didn’t find the treats to be greasy like others have mentioned. On the contrary, I found the texture and smell quite nice. The treats are a perfect size, they are large enough for you to break off small pieces if need be. It’s giving quality and quality is what you can expect from a company like Chewy. All told, Maui loved these treats and is left wanting more! I will be repurchasing these treats, I would suggest you do the same!

WOW! My kids LOVE this product!

So I have two chow chows. They are polar opposites in just about every way. One of my babies will eat just about anything, while the other is so picky I have problems

So I have two chow chows. They are polar opposites in just about every way. One of my babies will eat just about anything, while the other is so picky I have problems getting her to like treats or dog food. She much prefers people food dahling. lol, anyway, she adores this jerky. I’m ordering more after I’m done with this review. If you love your babies, you really should try this.
