Fed Ex is making them look really bad. Unfortunately, the end result represents. Chewy made it right I got a refund. My order took 2 weeks to arrive in this condition. Fed Ex needs to do better. Chewy is great though. Can’t take stars for something out of Chewy’s control.

It’s very difficult to get them to eat so I decided to try this because other dogs prior to hit this used to eat this food with no problem. Some days they do some days they don’t, but they will not any dry food of any form. I had ordered farmers dog and a couple of those and they won’t eat any of that either so I’m adding this to chicken and and beef that I cook and between the two I think they’re getting enough food now.
