When I tell you this worked, I am so happy. My dogs got infested with fleas because we have a neighbor that has an outside dog that is not taken care of. Anyway, I bought these pills after trying so many different methods and chewables. When I tell you after 30 mins, I checked on both my dogs and I SAW dead fleas and other dying, I was stoked. I was able to take them out easily. The ones that were still moving, were barely moving and I was easier to catch them and take them out. I got all those fleas from both my dogs. That was just after 1 dose. I will repeat the treatment in a few days or week depending what I see. So yeah, I would recommend this 100%

Gave him a one-time job, and the condition of the improved giving us enough time to give to the veterinarian to get new pup care and let them rest without itching!

I buy this for my cat who has had severe allergic reactions to topical spot treatments. When she has fleas, she gets these scabby feeling bumps down her back and
I buy this for my cat who has had severe allergic reactions to topical spot treatments. When she has fleas, she gets these scabby feeling bumps down her back and her coat becomes thinner. These tablets help so much. She won't eat them on her own so I have to either break it up and mix it with her wet food, or smush it into a soft chewy treat. Normally, about a 1/2hr to hour after she's eaten it, she gets a little itching and grooming fit so I know the fleas are going crazy. It is NOT a preventive so of course you have to buy more if you decide to take this route and the fleas come back. I give her one every day for the first 2-3 days, then I skip 2-3 days in between for the remaining doses in the pack. Sometimes she doesn't cooperate for a flea check, so once her bumps clear up and her coat is feeling better, I know she's been on her way to being flea free again.

The price for this at Chewy was awesome compared to when I priced it at the other 2 no names mentioned huge pet supply stores. Not every cat likes to have a pill pushed in its mouth so I hid it in a lil cheese. Thank goodness the pills are small. When you are a multi cat household products like this help take the stress out of the situation.

Capstar will only kill adult fleas on the animals. If there are fleas in the home, they can and will still jump on your pet. Once they bite the pet, they'll die. But you'll still see them crawling around on pets until they do. Also not good for flea eggs. Probably cheaper in the long run to go get prescription meds from the vet in all honesty, but this does what it says it will.

When I found this product I was a bit unsure because the puppies were so little. However, after combining them with a flea comb. I knew I had no choice. I mixed this tiny pill with some soft food and they ate it. I then gave them a bath with dawn and NO MORE FLEAS!! This product works wonders for baby puppies. Just make sure they are the weight before you give it to your furbaby.

Let me tell you. I have been dealing with fleas so bad since the start of temps heating up. I could not get rid of them. I was bathing my dogs daily. Sometimes twice a day, treating my yard, constantly vacuuming, anything I could think of. I’d sit for Atleast an hour on the tub getting my two little dogs bathed and picking off all the fleas one by one. And then I kid you not like half an hour later they’d have some again. I was desperate to get them GONE. I was skeptical about this at first. Thinking how could they eat a pill and all the fleas die? Half an hr passed like the box suggested it takes to work but nothing was happening. Little suckers were still crawling all over my poor fur babies. Then maybe another 10-15 minutes later they started going crazy. Scratching and running around like lunatics. I started to strip all of our beds to wash our sheets and my dog jumped on my bare bed, so it was white, and sure enough the little dudes are dead. Just falling off. Absolutely amazing! I continued treatment with the black flag indoor flea and tick treatment. I have not seen a single flea since. Definitely recommend!

I noticed that my pup had fleas even though she was on her usual preventative (Revolution) and instantly thought of Capstar to remove the adult fleas as quick as possible. Capstar did the job and I’m a pleased customer! My dog only needed the pill to be covered in a small amount of peanut butter (xylitol free, of course) and she ate it right up! I’ve only ever seen Capstar used in clinical settings (not on my own pup) and am happy to say that it worked with my own animal as well.

This is a great product when you want to give your furbabies relief from all the scratching. I've tried everything to get rid of the fleas. I sprayed the house, vacuumed, and used advantage for months and this is the only product that seemed to really kill off the fleas and show results.
