Make sure you freeze all hamster food for 48 hours then thaw it for 48 hours then refreeze for 48 hours to kill any possible mites or bugs in hamster food.

I will combine it with a protein block, but I'm happy to find a good, nutritious seed mix for my hamster that is commercially available.

Bunny Nature is a great food for Syrian hamsters. All 3 of mine love this seed mix. Only 4 stars because it doesn’t meet the protein requirements so you do have
