We purchased a dwarf Russian in early February. The pet store was feeding them Kaytee so we purchased it as well as this to transition them over. Two weeks later, we have been filling their bowl half and half with each. They will only eat the smaller seeds in the Kaytee. They frantically race around waiting for me to pour the left over Kaytee out and immediately dig into this when I add it in. Once the Kaytee is gone, we won’t be buying more.

The second I put it in the bowl he ran over & started eating. I was using oxbow hamster/gerbil before because that is what the shelter was feeding him & he wasn’t really interested in it. He is obsessed with this food though
