One has gotten friendly enough to take a peanut from my sons hand. They'll even 'knock' on the door to get our attention. The price of this product from Chewy is cheaper in the long run than buying from grocery store, so we have it on auto ship.

Declining Quality
I've been purchasing these bags of peanuts for awhile now as they have always been high quality and I love doing business with Chewy, as well as feeding the multitude
I've been purchasing these bags of peanuts for awhile now as they have always been high quality and I love doing business with Chewy, as well as feeding the multitude of squirrels and birds that come to my backyard. Lately though, especially the last 3 bags, there has been a noticeable decline in quality. The majority of peanuts are small, some the size of a pea, with stems and many, many empty shells. I pulled a random cup of them and took the attached photo. Not sure what is happening but thought I would pass along so Chewy and prospective buyers would be aware.

I get these peanuts for my parrot since he loves peanuts , I put them in his puzzle toy and he goes crazy , I do this maybe two three times a week because peanut

Quickly the Blue Jays swoop down, gather a peanut and fly away to high loft to enjoy. I even have a squirrel that comes almost every day and pauses to look at me. I place several peanuts on the fence cap just for her. She will put 2 at a time in her mouth and dah off to stash them in a secret place. She will return to gather more. FUN!
