Very easy to use and clean, but so far the birds won’t touch it

Super easy to set up - you just pull it right out of the packaging and hang it. I tried a few different locations and putting it where our normal bird feeder hangs

Super easy to set up - you just pull it right out of the packaging and hang it. I tried a few different locations and putting it where our normal bird feeder hangs (also with thistle seeds) but the birds won’t touch it. I will keep trying. I wonder if these seeds had gone bad. Overall the ease of use makes me want to try this product again.

Finch feeder sock

I purchased 2 socks because I have so many different kinds of finches and Chickadees in my yard. They did. It like the sock. I sprinkled some seed on the ground

There is a hole in my sock!

This is my first time to use a thistle sock. I had it hanging for over 3 weeks and saw a couple goldfinches land and other finches but they quickly flew away

This is my first time to use a thistle sock. I had it hanging for over 3 weeks and saw a couple goldfinches land and other finches but they quickly flew away. Finally I noticed a hole started forming. The finches made it since they couldn't get the thistle out...The hole has grown a lot bigger on a downward direction as the thistle is getting depleted. I believe when it is finally empty the bag will have to be thrown away because of the hole.

Nice sock full of good stuff

I like this sock, it is a good price.. very full with lots of goodies. It has a long string to give choices of different places and heights.

House Finch Crack

Wow! The neighborhood finches came from all over to feed on these. It was cute when they stayed bringing their fledglings and fed them right out of my front window

Wow! The neighborhood finches came from all over to feed on these. It was cute when they stayed bringing their fledglings and fed them right out of my front window. I didn't like the look but it did the job and there would be up to 5 birds on each sack. It did the job!

The Finches Love

I have had the two I bought up for about 2 weeks. All the Niaga Thisle Seed is almost gone. Multiple of Finches can hang on each Sock.

Finches did not eat it at all!

Bought 3 socks because they were the cheapest. Put one in the front yard and one in the backyard and they have not been touched, whereas, the other ones I bought

Bought 3 socks because they were the cheapest. Put one in the front yard and one in the backyard and they have not been touched, whereas, the other ones I bought in the green package were eaten, so I would like a credit for the 3 I bought and no one ate them, please.

Useless

Pictured with finches all over the sock getting seed. The seed does not peek out of the sock and the finches ignore it.

Not much interest

Our backyard Florida birds didn't like the sock thistle. We threw it away.
