At one point I was on the phone with the Chewy pharmacy. They were great and coordinated everything with my vet concerning refills. Much cheaper than anywhere else. Thumbs up.

Our kitten unfortunately caught fleas from my bf’s sister’s pets and I was recommended Bravecto from my best friend. We got our order the next day after our vet approved it online, and though the smell is gross - it worked! I noticed that it’s not a sticky texture but rather oily, and spread around her neck with each day that passed (thankfully not in the areas she could lick). Within three days we noticed a drastic difference, our kitten was no longer itching and every day we brushed her, the number of fleas decreased from 3 to zero! I would recommend Bravecto if your cat has fleas on their body, but wouldn’t recommend this for annual usage as it is a lot stronger than necessary if your cat doesn’t have fleas.

Early times yet, but 24 hours after the Bravecto was applied to our indoor cat (September 24) we were seeing dead fleas. Before the application, we could see fleas crawling around in the white fur on the his head, and under his chin - Big YUCK. The vet said the application was good for up to 4 months. So we shall see. The house has neither carpeting nor drapes, bedding and throws are laundered regularly, and while both cats are kept indoors, we are aware that people are the inadvertent carriers of fleas from outside to indoors, particularly in coastal areas. I hope this review won't have to be modified after the passage of time.

Each of my cats stays flea-free all summer with just one dose of Bravecto. None of the other flea prevention meds can match Bravecto in terms of effectiveness and convenience. Word of warning: Bravecto does specifically state that it cannot be used on cats with any sort of neurological conditions. HEED THIS WARNING. I somehow missed it and my then vet did not think to tell me that I could not use Bravecto on my one cat with epilepsy. Unfortunately, the one dose of Bravecto severely increased his rate of seizures.

Very efficient product

I have been using Bravecto for years. I have an outdoor cat, who is now 12 years old and I never found a tick or a flea on him.

My vet suggested we switch to Bravecto after reports that other flea meds were starting to have resistance in our area. We made the swap for both our dog and cat and it worked great for about two years. Unfortunately about two weeks after the most recent application we noticed a flea and from there we've been combing off about 10 fleas a day on the dog and 5 or so a day on the cat (our vet wanted us to wait a month before starting a different treatment). According to our vet, is apparently it has recently become less effective in our area (Sacramento, CA area). Bummer, we liked that it was only every 3 months.

My cat was an indoor cat but I took him on walks outside on a harness. I use this just to avoid any possible flea or tick contact. It worked really well and didn't cause any irritation in my cats skin. Also the tube is small so even though my cat acted like I was torturing him when I put this on there wasn't a lot of excess liquid to spill out or get him super wet.
