Not what I was looking for

I wanted bags that would be about the size of a plastic produce bag at the supermarket. The way I get the most out of a plastic bag for my cat litter cleaning is

I wanted bags that would be about the size of a plastic produce bag at the supermarket. The way I get the most out of a plastic bag for my cat litter cleaning is to line an old pitcher with the bag, and keep using it (closing the pitcher in between) until the bag is full. This uses less plastic. I measured such a produce bag and somehow thought these bags would be the same size. However, they measure the straps as well as the size as length, and the bag part itself is very small - you have to use one bag per litter box scoop, instead of 3-4 litter box cleanings in one bag. I am not happy with these bags and will probably give them to someone with a dog.

We have 2 cats and 2 litter boxes and this bag is a good size, but I use a big, metal scoop and had a little trouble with the scoop getting caught in the handles

We have 2 cats and 2 litter boxes and this bag is a good size, but I use a big, metal scoop and had a little trouble with the scoop getting caught in the handles. Definitely liked being able to use the handles to tie it closed though. And the bags dispense easily from the box, which seemed better than trying to tear a bag from the roll type bags that I have used in the past.
