We were new to chewy.com for our beloved 14 year old dog. The staff at chewy is by far the best people I've had the pleasure to encounter. We suffered our loss in August of this year. We had made a purchase of more pills for Copper but he passed away the day before the pills would arrive. The amount of kindness and compassion upon hearing of our loss from this company is just remarkable and worthy of praise. Not only did they immediately refund us for the pills they sent a condolence card. Just wanted to say thank you for your kindness and compassion. We miss Copper deeply.

I reached out to cancel my autoship and they provided the absolute best customer service I could ever ask for. An amazing customer service that went far above and beyond my expectations. Bad Dog Food

I receive an auto-ship of dog food each month, and when I received this bag today, it looked like it was all ground up, almost like sand. This is extremely frustrating

I receive an auto-ship of dog food each month, and when I received this bag today, it looked like it was all ground up, almost like sand. This is extremely frustrating because I’m out of town, and my mother is caring for my animals. She doesn’t have transportation or money to buy food right now. When I tried to get a replacement, I was told it would take 48 hours to reprocess the order and another 1 to 5 days for the food to arrive. That means my dogs could be without food for 3 to 5 days. To make matters worse, when I called customer service, I was disconnected multiple times. Then, when I tried the online chat, I was also disconnected. At one point, I was told the replacement could be overnighted, but when the chat disconnected again and I reconnected, I was told it would actually take 1 to 5 days. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing. I’ve always relied on this company for timely and dependable service, but this situation has caused unnecessary stress for both me and my pets. I truly hope this can be addressed so that no one else has to go through a similar issue.

Ingredients that are healthy for my German Shepherd, Jetta!

Jetta went from another 'famous brand' right to Blue Buffalo. It has taste, vitamins and nutrition hands down. I wish I had switched sooner. She loves the kibble and I am so happy with the 15 lb. bags. (I have scoliosis and cannot lift anything bigger than that (I actually shove/push it into the laundry room!) Thank you for all you do for me and my best friend, who will be 12 years old 2026!

I absolutely love chewy and their customer service is fantastic. They are always on top of things. Delivery is very quick and there are always ready toaccommodate you. This may not be a chewy issue, but when my delivery came today, it was very unfortunate that the bag of dry dog food was ripped open so all of the kibble was in the box or most of it anyways. Which means I have to store it in some additional container of my own, which is not convenient. This could have happened during shipping and I’m not blaming chewy. I’m just a little disappointed.

Love their customer service and the fact that I get heavy bags of dog food within one or 2 days after ordering. Then I received this adorable painting of my 17 year old pup. Chewy Is A Compassionate Company! FIVE STARS!

I had an autoship set up with Chewy for 2 cases of dog food every 3 weeks. When my recent order arrived I was shocked as I thought I had cancelled the autoship

I had an autoship set up with Chewy for 2 cases of dog food every 3 weeks. When my recent order arrived I was shocked as I thought I had cancelled the autoship altogether since my dog is now on a medically supervised diet following a diagnosis of liver cancer. When I reached out to cancel future autoshipments I asked if there was any way possible to return the two cases as the box had never been opened. I was more than pleasantly surprised when they not only immediately issued me a refund, but told me there was no need to return the product and to donate it to a local shelter. Talk about outstanding customer service AND caring for pets in the communities where their customers live. I am truly impressed, and the shelter where we adopted our sweet Boston will be receiving those two cases tomorrow. I am a customer for life!

I NEVER take the time to write a review but when a company like this does what they do, they deserve more than just a compliment. I hope that this review gets them so many new customers they will have to hire more employees just to keep up. My boy was on thyroid medicine and it was expensive so when he passed away I asked if they would refund me. Not only did they refund me, they sent me flowers and they also reached out to see how my other 2 boys(cats) were doing. I have NEVER done business with a company who really cares. Chewy really cares about our fur babies. Anytime I would call about my boy they would always tell me to give him scratches from "Chewy". I dont know who the owner of this company is but I wish you could teach other business owners how to be as caring as your employees are. They do make a difference, just that little act of kindness means the world to me. I will never see my boy again, but I will never forget how caring Chewy was in his life and his passing. Well today this showed up at our house from Chewy with their sympathy!! Brought a tear to my wifes eyes. What a great company!!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am amazed at the accommodations that Chewy makes for their customers. My dogs have been eating the same dog food from Chewy for a couple of years. I miscalculated

I am amazed at the accommodations that Chewy makes for their customers. My dogs have been eating the same dog food from Chewy for a couple of years. I miscalculated how much dog food I had left and changed my regular orders' timing in arriving. Unfortunately, I ran out. I went to a nearby store to buy a small bag to hold us over until my order arrived. The food I bought was the same formula, but a different size morsel. I noticed that the change in my dogs was significant in relation to their skin and bowels. With the former food, it appeared a bit of allergy was occurring, which ceased with the new food. When my order arrived, I was debating about giving it to them, but resolved myself to the fact that it was $60 something dollars and didn't want to waste it. I took a chance and called Chewy. I WAS SHOCKED. They offered to give me a full refund on an open bag of food, then replaced it with the formula I needed. Their only request was that I gift the opened bag of food to a shelter or someone that needed it. I was issued a gift card, which I applied to my new bag of food and it was here in two days. The customer service ladies I spoke to were friendly, understanding, and extremely professional. We even talked about their own dogs. GOOD JOB CHEWY! You even hire people that care about our animals and hold a standard of customer service that is like none I've experienced.
