These pellets are formulated to float for awhile. It is recommended to feed at least twice a day, as much food as your fish can consume in 10 minutes. If there is any food left, you probably fed too much - remove any excess.

A switch choice

I’d been feeding my koi an excellent brands of pellets for warm & cool weather but the company was bought out and it is no longer available. This food’s ingredients

I’d been feeding my koi an excellent brands of pellets for warm & cool weather but the company was bought out and it is no longer available. This food’s ingredients match my previous food (no quantities of the ingredients on either brand’s bags). I am gradually introducing this in combination with my remaining previous food and so far, so good. They are eating vigorously. This brand is quite a bit more expensive than my previous food but Chewy has the best price !

MY Giant goldfish that I bought from the feeder tank is now 8 inches long and extremely healthy. He is in a 40 gallon tank that was always dirty because of the foods I was choosing to feed him which mosty got sucked up into the filter. This food is satisfying and helps to keep the tank clean because it floats which gives him time to eat all of it.

the larger koi appreciate the larger bites

This is a very good size kibble for larger koi, they all seem to like it but I have not seen an improvement in their color yet.
