Poor packaging

Why would you put millet in a bag with a hole punch? I opened up the box and had millet everywhere that I had to clean up.

Purchased these for my young cockatiel who loves millet seed sprays; however, I found these to be unappealing to her. The seeds themselves are very tiny. She loves the millet sprays with the larger seeds, tips, tails, and all; but, she leaves a lot of the tiny seeds on these sprays uneaten. Also, with her previous brand of seed sprays, she rushed over to begin eating. These have none of that appeal.

I'm not sure if the seed was kocked off in shipping or it was that way originally. I've ordered millet from you before and have not had this problem, but it was a different brand.
