The BioPower Pet Shield Flea & Tick Repellent Tag does not emit an auditory frequency at all, so neither animals nor humans will hear anything. This tag can be used for dogs of all sizes and breeds. However, for dogs weighing over 100-pounds, they recommend using two tags.

I will need to have more time using this item to give it a more detailed review on how well it keeps pests away from my animals, as it has only been a couple of weeks. I will say I like the look of the pendant, and the design on it. The metal feels like it is of quality and feels like it would not be damaged easily. I have not done a lot of research on how this product works, and plan to do some more. I like that this product doesn’t require any chemicals being used by you on your pet. See pictures for package details.

This seems to work, and is very aesthetically appealing. It is the size of a normal dog tag. One downside is it gets finger prints on it easily. It is easy to attach

This is an improvement over regular bug replellant since our dog didn't resist its application and it only needs to be replaced annually.

I'm in PA where the tics are horrible. Even when I used Rx topical treatments, my dog still came home woth tics. I hated how she was lethargic for a week after applying. Also didn't like sleeping next to her while she had that on her skin. Tried this magnetic field tag before there were any reviews. We are now into July and she hasn't had one tic. Honestlu, I'm shocked. For reference, my dog is a wirey long haired 11 lb little dog . Also should note, I faithfully bathe her once a week as well.

Since I have multiple dogs, I chose one as the experimental animal to wear the tag and the others (with no flea/tick protection) were the control animals. The tag says that it needs a 3-4 week period to activate, so I did not review the product until it had its 4 weeks. I have noticed no difference between the control dogs and the experimental dog. In case it was thought that the tag protected the other dogs, all of the dogs sleep separately and are not close (touching) during most of the day. So I do not think that the tag had any effect

Although it says to give it about four weeks to fully work, I feel I have already noticed a postive change. It is real quick and totally easy to just put on their collar. I live in a rural area with tons of mosquitoes and I rely on preventative care for my pets. This tag doesn't seem to keep any pests at bay. With the tag on, I have still spotted mosquitoes hovering or landing on my cat.

So far we’ve really liked the BioPower Pet Shield tag! It’s lightweight, easy to attach to a collar, and doesn’t have any strong chemical smell like some flea and tick products. We wanted a more natural option for our pets, and this seemed like a great alternative. Our dog tolerated it well and it’s nice not having to worry about messy topical treatments.
