I have 4 cats. 2 boys and 2 girls. I have one male cat that pees a lot..like a human. And I was tired of scraping concrete like litter off my litter pan each time
I have 4 cats. 2 boys and 2 girls. I have one male cat that pees a lot..like a human. And I was tired of scraping concrete like litter off my litter pan each time I was scooping. Plus the DUST and the tiny pieces were killing me. I researched for HOURS! Trying to find something affordable for cats that are 1 year old all the way up to 15 years old. And this litter here is the best! ARM AND HAMMER CLUMP AND SLIDE! It Clumps the lumps tight and hardly any dust at all and minimal tracking! The odors aren't so bad either but I also use arm and hammer double duty litter deodorizer. It works for heavy peeing and low dust and tracking. It's a few bucks more than generic but it's so worth it to me!! Even my mom approves after she came to cat sit for 4 days! She brought up the litter! And wished that she had that back in the day for our childhood cats! Easy scooping! Try it out!.

I’ve been using chewy’s for quite a while and normally the Arm & Hammer Cat litter is wrapped with a cellophane material to keep the litter inside the box. I also had an order of cat food wet and dry in this delivery. I’m not very happy that most of my litter had spilled out in my box that was delivered to my house and all over everything. Needless to say the mess of cat litter I had to clean up from the floor because it was leaking outside of the actual chewy box. Come on guys can we do a better job than this?

Got our chewy autoship and inside one box found this; the largest box of slide and hard to see underneath were the doggy treats. These should’ve been packed separately

I would’ve been fine too if they’d slap a label on the cat litter. Packing one big heavy box into another larger box (so the heavier thing slides around) leaves me scratching my head. But I love the speedy service and it’s a great company we support 100% so deducting 1 star.
Poor Handling
Both litter boxes were busted open at seams and spilling out. Neither one had the clear plastic wrap that is usually on them to keep litter from spilling. Chewy

Chewy box had a busted corner because both litter boxes were in 1 Chewy box which makes it heavy for most delivery guys. So they wrestle it to the porch and just throw it down. I picked up Chewy box to take inside and when I turned the box to get through the door, all the litter that had spilled from the A&H containers then spilled out of the busted corner of the Chewy box and went all over my floor. This happens ALL THE TIME. They pack these boxes SO heavy that I usually have to unpack it on the porch and bring in one thing at a time....

We usually stock up on litter during the end of the year sales. Having 2 cats (a purrfect Princess who is neat and tidy, and a 15 lb toddler of an orange tabby mess), we go through a bit of litter. Not only is this Secret Sand mainly dust free, but it is excellent at clumping and sealing odors. The clumping of this litter is superb and urine is able to be scooped almost immediately after the cat goes and it comes out in one big ball, it doesn't fall apart. It's low. Tracking (excellent for cats like ours that think they must leave essence a la cat all about. The litter itself does smell a bit like kitty litter, but what do you expect? With free shipping, ordering this litter from Chewy also saved my back from the good ole heave ho from the shelf to the cart to the counter to the cart to the car to the house, the simple porch to house was so much easier! So if you are looking for a recommendation for some Secret Sandbox Supplies, this is your sign: you'll be happy. Your cats will be happy. Your wallet will be happy.

I have to put the litter box in my bedroom so I need a great litter product. This is as good as I have found. My cat has ‘wobbly cat syndrome’ so she has a hard time burying her waste. This covers the scent pretty well anyway. Very little tracking. I find some litter on my bed. Dolly has super hairy toes though (like the Grinch) so that is explainable.

I ordered three 28 lb boxes of Slide cat litter going by your description, which indicated that the litter is unscented. It is most definitely scented! I've been using unscented litters for years because one of my cats has breathing problems, and I also avoid most scented products because of my mild (so far) asthma. One of my litterboxes is in the living room, and the scent of the litter is quite noticeable. I will say that it does seem to cover up the litterbox odors. So far I've only used one box of this, and I'm debating returning the other two boxes. Also, though the litter does form clumps and does not stick to the litterbox, the clumps are not "rock solid" as the box indicates, and need to be handled carefully. The other complaint I have is that these "tear strip packs" are extremely hard to open for someone with arthritis, like myself. I had to give up and use a box cutter to get the box open so I could scoop the litter out--no way I could pour it with my hand and shoulder problems. Anyway, please update your product description to reflect that this litter is NOT UNSCENTED. Thank you!

At first I liked this because it was a bit less messy than the other cat litter I had but soon my cats started showing signs of URI but were tested negative and the only thing that was different in my house is this. It caused them bad allergies apparently to the point they were sneezing, shaking their head, and scratching uncontrollably. I came home to my cat looking like this after spending hundreds of dollars to treat her brother from these symptoms. Now that I switched they look a lot better and going back to normal. However, her brother had also gotten pink eye from this and now it turned into an ulcer. This product has cost me hundreds of dollars for something that has good reviews and made my cats suffer. Use with caution.

Recently I moved in with my boyfriend and along with me came my 6 cats! He said he had one rule, I had to switch to Arm and Hamer... I reluctantly read reviews... I have 2 Litter Robots and additional traditional boxes, plus an Arm and Hamer sifter box I just picked up.. My cats flipped for the Arm and Hamer litter and after one round of scooping, so did I!! It works like a charm in the Litter Robot, it keeps the boxes spotless! No more stuck bits on the walls of the box!! I had zero issue with the sudden change either, the texture is much finer and sandy in comparison to the beady tidy cats texture and it doesn't track like tidy cats did! Yes gentlemen, I told my loving boyfriend he was soooo right about this!!! Haha **Pictured is the Arm and Hamer sifting litter box. It's a 3 part system. 2 boxes and a sifter stacked box, sifter, box. You dump the top box into the second through the sifter. In the picture I hadn't shaken the excess litter yet but A&H clumps so well there's no issues when doing so! My cats always pee against the wall or in a corner of their boxes, look how clean this box is after dumping all those clumps!!!
