Can it use ceramic heat emitters?

It has a ceramic housing and goes up to 250 watts. I'm using 100 watt heat emitter with this dome.

Will this fit a long compact cfl bulb like one used for birds that screws into a fixture? Will the 5in one be deep enough or would I need the larger size?

Will the 5inch version fit the Arcadia Reptile GoldenSun Reptile Halogen Heat Lamp, 100-watt bulb ?

The 5-inch Arcadia Reptile Clamp Lamp is designed to work specifically with a 150W bulb, so we wouldn’t recommend using it with a 100W bulb.
