When I got it I didn't understand how to assemble it, I put the bulb in and I rewatched a tutorial like 10 times but you have to turn the bulb around further than

When I got it I didn't understand how to assemble it, I put the bulb in and I rewatched a tutorial like 10 times but you have to turn the bulb around further than you think you do, I was afraid of breaking it but I didn't. The cords also confused me and I crashed out but you have to push in the cord, it doesn't go in easily into the fixture.

I got this for my daughter's lizard and it states on the description that it is a kit with the bulb but when the package came no bulb was included so I reached out to chewy and they sent a bulb but the bulb was wrong so again I contacted chewy & they sent another one again wrong , so chewy refunded me and we donated the bulbs and kit to a local reptile rescuer and he was able to use them for various reptiles , so just make sure you read the whole page .

The third one was supposed to be here a week ago and they actually never sent it out. For someone who has been shopping here for many years I will never purchase anything from them again. Sadly chewy has fallen off. Don’t support these scammers.

Watched a tutorial, did everything right, and the thing still never turned on. The prongs were not bent, my outlet works, and nothing was blocking the plug. I’m really disappointed as this product was highly recommended for a leopard gecko setup I have. My gecko comes in 2 days and now I have no UVB for it. Google says the problem is probably a faulty bulb.
