Can it use ceramic heat emitters?

It has a ceramic housing and goes up to 250 watts. I'm using 100 watt heat emitter with this dome.

Can this be used inside of a snake enclosure? Or would it need an additional cage as protection from the heat?

For the Arcadia Reptile Clamp Lamp, the manufacturer states that yes you can where safe to do so and a modicum of common sense is needed. If the heat source is hot, this will transfer for the dome, if the snake is climbing and can get access to that dome there is a burn risk. Best to always think of how hot it may be, and if the animal has the ability to access the fitting.

Can I use for 50 w deep heat bulb

Sleek look

I love this clamp lamp way more than Reptizoo. It has a sleeker look, ain't cheap and I've had way better luck with them working. Highly recommend.
