This brand is the best. By FAR. My kitty loves it so much that I have to ration it out - mixing it up with inferior brands for variety. As you can see, its priced above other wet food cans. So warning #1 is, don't buy this unless you are fully capable and willing to support your kitty's Applaws habit. Warning #2 is, well its just a scary thought: If he ever gets tired of THIS, then I'm going to have to buy myself a deep-sea fishing vessel and learn how to catch tuna on the high seas. Honestly, I don't think I would live through that. My sea legs are used to a being sunned, in a lounger, with a cold drink in my hand. So if you ever see a headline that says "Middle-aged woman dies at sea trying to catch a tuna in Antarctica for her cat Cecil" then my fears have come true. At least I died catching Cecil's dinner. A worthy life.
Basically human-grade food
My mom has been feeding this brand to her cat, and while I was house sitting for her I gave it to my cats too and they LOVED it, so I decided it's worth the extra

I've never seen this level of quality in cat food before; it literally smells like a can of tuna meant for humans. I attached a photo of the can I fed them tonight so you can see the chunks of tuna in it!! If it gets on my hand while I'm prepping my boys' plates, I don't feel the compulsion to wash it off asap. While I'm definitely not planning to taste it anytime soon, if I'm ever in a post-apocalyptic world with scarce food and had to eat what I could find, I'm sure I wouldn't gag eating this lol. Another reason it's worth the price to me is because my cats are guaranteed to finish their plates, whereas with other brands it was a gamble whether they'd like it. This means no food or money wasted on uneaten cans. Very glad I found this brand :)

Since switching our Sphynx from Instincts to Applaws limited ingredients food she literally can’t eat enough. She’s eating four cans of the 2.5oz a day, sometimes wanting more. She’s gained weight (which was recommended by the vet) and doesn’t throw up after eating anymore. I love that it’s just real ingredients and no filler anything and our cat seems to love that too. She’s also loved every flavor of can thus far. Please make limited ingredient forever it’s so hard to find cat food that is literally just real food!

This is very good food it's fresh my cat loves it I feel good feeding her fish But, The can is terrible it's hard to pull off the lid + it has an overhang to try

I'll continue to buy it cuz I think it's great great food for my 11-year-old female cat, Magic

Plus, after using this for a month or so, her long coat became visibly fuller and shinier. It's expensive, but worth it!
My Big Guy loves this food!

So I bought this through my local pet store, not on chewy. But I'm alarmed by the amount of people feeding this to their cats as if it's a nutritionally complete

But I'm alarmed by the amount of people feeding this to their cats as if it's a nutritionally complete meal, and just had to say that where people will hopefully read it. It says ON THE CAN, to feed WITH a balanced diet. It's a fun little snack (my cats actually didn't like it but my friends cats love it), but please don't feed them only this! They'll be missing essential vitamins and minerals.

All three of my cats love it, I am trying to feed them healthier, less ingredient food - they devour this every morning. The chicken is comparable to a can of chicken you’d get at the grove store. If you happen to be running low on your pet’s food, I would not recommend placing the order with the auto ship/ subscription option. Instead, use the regular checkout. I placed the order by auto ship on a Monday, after I realized my cupboard was getting low. I had to wait until the following Monday for the delivery of my pet food. Usually, I’m 1110% happy with Chewy service, but I’ve noticed that the regular cart orders take priority over auto ship, and they are delivered a couple days sooner. Just an FYI. Great product though!
