Under normal conditions this product is effective for a month and should be administered once every 4 weeks.

I was very upset with this product as of a year ago because there was barely enough medicine in the container and of course did not prevent the fleas Thus I basically wasted 55.00 and against my better judgment I decided to order again now it seems that they have did the amount of fluid that’s in the packet so far it seems like my little family business. Business is the name of multiple ferrets. is flea resistant at this point we will see how it goes over the next few week all of our paws and fingers are crossed

I was very excited to see that they had ferret specific flea treatments such as this. Many actual vets are unaware that they make ferret specific treatments even. Seeing the price is practically the same as a 3 treatment pack for cats of another label, I do wish that this had 3 treatments instead of just 2 to make keeping track of multi-animal treatment syncing easier and because it makes more sense to me personally. Other than the price/treatment amount issue, I really like that there is the option to buy my ferret her own flea treatment because as ferret owners will know, ferret systems are so finicky- and cat items, though more usually than not, are interchangeable but are not always the best option.

Last year, this stuff took some time to work because I had a bad infestation. I usually only treat the cat that goes outside every month, but my mom’s cat visited from out of state and came with fleas that were resistant to the flea meds. We didn’t have to switch this medication for the ferret. It took two months but the fleas were gone. I also recommend a flea comb and regular brushing. The pets like it. Last month, I found a flea on my indoor cat because I used the comb. If I hadn’t, I probably would not have noticed fleas on the animals until they spread to the ferret, or hopped on my child. You probably are aware that fleas are easy to spot on a white ferret, especially with a comb. No one is on her. The animals have been treated and are flea free.

I’ve been hand feeding a mama fox squirrel in my backyard ever since we went into quarantine. She had fleas all over her and had scratched her skin raw in some places. I tried to hide capstar tablets in her food or water but that only killed adult fleas, not larvae or eggs. I parted her fur and gave her one dose of advantage and the next day she was flea free. It’s been 29 days since she was treated and she’s still flea-free.

Ferris was relieved overnight. As I was looking through his coat the next day not one flea. Additionally over the next couple of days he was scratching, but I believe these were the last of the fleas. The fleas are killed if he is bit. 5 days later and he is not stressing from fleas. I will have to keep supplies stocked so we don't have this occur again. The convenience was key. I had been to several pet store websites. The stores that sell ferrets didn't have any treatments in stock or even on their stock lists. One store advertised it on their website as "in stock". Since it was 45 mins away I called ahead to ensure the treatment was there. They did not have it stocked or in stock. I should have gone straight to Chewy instead of the local search. My ferret is doing great! Thanks Chewy

I love this treatment, it's highly effective and my babies are now super happy. I applied it on wednesday and separated my ferrets for 24 hours. When I checked on them at the 24 hour mark I didn't see any fleas on them, I only saw a bunch of dead ones on their bedding. You have to get below the fur, directly on the skin for the best results and I recommend separating them for 24 hours so the treatment is uninterrupted and they don't wash it off eachother. Make sure to apply between their shoulder blades.

My husband and I were looking for flea medicine for our ferrets and could only find it on Chewy.com. After I placed my order I called them regarding a question about the timeline of delivery. The gentleman that I spoke with was very nice and helpful. We received our order within a couple days and now our little furry kids are very happy! It was more expensive then we were hoping for especially for a package of 2. Over all the product works great and the people are very nice when you call.

Flea medication goes by weight, you want to make sure you are using the correct dosage if you use too much of a dose for any animal it can be harmful of course but especially to tiny little ferrets even more so. Making a dosage for ferrets ensure that pet owners don't just buy flea medication for a small cat or dog and apply the wrong dosage. The product is a great price especially compared to other brands, it also worked great and none of my ferrets had any reactions to the product as well. The smell was also not as harsh as some other flea medications.

I am sorry to say it didn't work for me so far which is very frustrating, plus the product is not very cheap either... Already applied the product twice (with a 2 weeks break between applications) and I still keep finding 3 - 4 fleas on my ferret using a flea comb. The house is being vacuumed and cleaned 2 times a week, including the ferret room where he runs fee and plays during the day, bedding and plush toys are being washed in hot water every 2 - 3 days and dried on "high" cycle, and the cage where he sleeps at night is cleaned from top to bottom every single morning. He doesn't go outside and I have no other pets. Had ferrets since 2015 but something like this never happened.
