Chewy is such an amazing company that truly has animal's best interests at heart. My 9 year old Staffy has CCL tears in both knees. He aged 5 years overnight and can no longer go on walks longer than 5 minutes. It is heartbreaking, and the worst thing is that I'm pretty sure it was our wood floors that did it to him. I have had heard wonderful things about Adequan and we just started our loading rose of 2 shots a week for 4 weeks. If anyone would have told me that I would be giving my baby injections myself, I most certainly would have though they were crazy...but as pet parents we do what we have to for our babies. Luckily as long as dad is petting him and giving him treats, he doesn't even notice that I'm doing it. I am PRAYING that this medication helps. Just in case I have already been pricing wheel chairs for him which is around $150 which is less than his medication but I would much rather have him mobile himself. Fingers crossed that it helps. We just went through treatment for a Madt cell tumor and now this.

Brook Noodles was born as the vet put it " she was born with all bad wheels " As a pup she had elbow dysplasia surgery, she could not even run as a pup at times prior to surgery. The healed from that. Yeah and a half go by and her knees start acting up specially the left on day her right one just goes... TPLO time... she is on her last weeks of healing and yeah we have to do the other one. So she started this med about a year ago plus carprofen which I slowed down on and gabapantin which I'm also not giving her daily anymore. Today she gets her shot of adequan. Ever since she started ( although it took a bit to start working it feels like ) she is so much happier and living a great life, I recommend you ask your vet if your dog has orthopedic problems. I can't even handle needles but for her I will do what I have to do !

My dog is a 100lb silver Labrador Retriever who is 9yrs old and has had both rear knees replaced and has generalized arthritis throughout her joints and spine. We have done everything to help decrease her pain we tried: pain meds, water therapy, exercises, acupuncture, massage and chiropractics but she kept getting worse. I then took her to our Vet again and she recommended trying Adequan. It is expensive but I couldn’t pass up a chance to help her. Within a few hours after the injection she seemed to be getting up a bit easier but I thought that was impossible. The next day and I am being truly honest about this, she wanted to go outside and play ball toss. I threw the ball and she actually ran, she really ran to chase the ball!!!! She is doing so well on this medication it’s amazing! I only wish that this could be prescribed for people. Truly wonderful results! Chewy’s price is very good even though it’s still expensive but seeing my dog get around so much easier is worth it!

I bought a product for my dog who was 13 years old in hopes to make his last weeks good but waited too long and our family dog passed before I could give him the meds. I called to return and get my money back. She was so kind, gave the money back, did not ask me to ship the meds back, and I just couldn't believe it but they delivered flowers to my door!!! AMAZING! I wouldn't have expected it from any company really, but they are a large company and they still really do care about their customers! It was very thoughtful and I am grateful to have received the flowers in such a hard time. Thank you Chewy!

I ordered Adequan for my 11 year old lab. He has arthritis in all 4 legs. After just 3 injections we observed a difference in his behavior. He gets up with more ease and has been more playful with his toys. He also does zoomies on the lanai! We are hoping this will take him into his teen years. Very happy we gave Adequan a try.

My Vet and I talked about Adequan, a medication I'm well familiar with. It took about a week, literally, and results happened. He's been on it now for a month and no more limping. He's back to romping in the dog park and sniffing everything interesting. I'm eternally grateful for Adequan. I wish they had something like this for humans.

We had gave him a series of Adequan around 6 months ago but felt he needed a series again. He has had 3 injections to date and 5 more to go this round. I can see a difference after three shots. If they are needed every six months to help him, that is what we'll do.

They also called to ensure I received the meds.

While she still ran like a greyhound and played I could see a difference in her turns, pivots and overall endurance . My veterinarian highly recommended Adequan. Leia received her first 8 injection course last November and had obvious improvement in her movement. Spinning, running, pivoting. She looked like a 2 y/o not a 10 y/o!!! The improvement last 7 months ( average for seniors is around 6 months) and I started to notice the stiffness in her shoulders after naps and less playing outside again so my veterinarian ordered another course of Adequan. Leia is on her 3rd of 8 injections and she is running, spinning, jumping, playing again. Much freer in the shoulders - an obvious improvement. I highly recommend Adequan and does Leia!
