Every year, hundreds of unwanted puppies and kittens are born in Jackson County, TN. Some find homes; others are abandoned on rural roads or outside farms and businesses. Every week, hungry, frightened dogs and cats are found wandering the roads and fields, left behind when folks can't or won't care for them. Some find homes; others are hit by cars or die from disease, starvation and predators. It's a bad situation that nobody wants.
