About Us
Hey y’all! FBR is a Christian-based nonprofit dedicated to helping kids from unsafe environments, difficult home situations, or those lacking guidance and support in the agricultural field. Through our program, students learn responsibility, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills. Throughout the year, we teach the students that while business success may bring opportunities, Jesus Christ is all they truly need. We also equip them with practical life skills, including how to manage the money they earn. At the end of the year, students use their hard-earned income and knowledge to create new opportunities—such as a reliable car for work, safer housing, a new animal for the next season, scholarships, savings, and more. Participants may earn from approximately $200 to around $1.3 million. FBR is solely supported by generous sponsors and donors, allowing students to focus on growth without financial burden.
