Blackjack Animal Rescue is a 501c3 organization. We are an all-breed rescue whose primary mission is to rescue Catahoula & Catahoula mixes from kill shelters in the Southeast. We are a foster-based rescue group with plans to have a physical shelter based in the Tri-Cities, TN or the surrounding area. We are advocates for forgotten, abused and abandoned dogs throughout the Southeast. We provide a home for the homeless and a voice for the voiceless.Find Us
