Mission: BPAS exists to provide permanent refuge to displaced, captive-raised exotic animals for the rest of their lives and to educate people about responsible animal care and conservation. We do not buy, sell, breed, trade, or use animals for commercial purposes. Located in Albion, IN, BPAS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which provides sanctuary to about 90 different animals including domestic office cats, farm animals, primates, reptiles, parrots, rodents, small and large exotic canines, small and large exotic felines, and black bears.
